Dividing your time between two or more locations has its challenges. Homes require care and maintenance, someone to be there when needed. This is what HouseWarmers can do for you and your home in Tuscany. Whether it is making sure the plants are watered, or being there for a special delivery, we will give your home the attention it needs.
Our basic package includes monthly inspections with owner arrival preparation.
During the inspections, we check for water damage, signs of intrusion, or other anomalies. We then make sure things like the wifi, heat, TV, appliances and lights are all working properly. We will air out the house, check the water meter, run the toilet/bidet to avoid odors and other additional options such as watering plants or running cars.
After each visit, you will receive a report with any anomalies. If needed, we will address any issues that arise.
We will also prepare your home for your arrival by turning on the heat, having it cleaned, doing grocery shopping and leaving the light on.
